When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) — see our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry about coaching. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site.
Data storage
Contact form submissions are stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to Ann's email inbox. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's data processing terms.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact ann@annmorgancoaching.com.
